Roobet Terms & Conditions

These terms form a binding contract between you and Raw Entertainment Ltd, the operator of Roobet. By registering an account, placing a wager or depositing funds, you confirm that you accept everything written here.

We run the platform under licence number OGL/2024/687/0427, issued by the Government of Curaçao through the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. Read these terms carefully. If any part does not suit you, please do not open an account. Where a specific clause conflicts with a promotion's own rules, the promotion rules apply to that offer only.

You must be at least 19 years of age to use Roobet. That is the minimum gambling age across Canadian provinces, and we apply it without exception.

Is online gambling permitted where you live? You are responsible for knowing. Access from a jurisdiction where our service is restricted or unlawful is prohibited, and we may block registrations or deposits on that basis. You also confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, not for any third party, and that the funds you deposit are lawfully yours. If you have excluded yourself through any responsible-gambling programme, you may not register.

One person, one account. You may hold a single Roobet account, registered with accurate personal details that you keep current. Duplicate or multi-accounting — whether to claim bonuses twice or to evade a limit — is a breach of these terms and can lead to closure and forfeiture of affected balances.

Keep your login credentials private. Any activity under your account is treated as yours, so tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account while we investigate suspected fraud, collusion or security concerns. We settle accounts in Canadian dollars and support both fiat and cryptocurrency methods — Interac, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, AstroPay, e-wallets such as Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter, plus Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT and others. Minimum fiat deposits start at $10; crypto deposits start at $50.

Withdrawals are processed quickly, typically within 24 hours, up to $200,000 per 24-hour period. We charge no withdrawal fee on crypto, though blockchain network fees may apply. Before releasing funds — particularly larger amounts — we may ask you to complete identity verification (KYC). Please supply clear documents promptly; delays in verification will delay your payout. We reserve the right to withhold a withdrawal where checks remain incomplete or where activity appears fraudulent.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may close or suspend accounts for breach, legal reasons or prolonged inactivity; where an account becomes dormant, administrative charges may apply in line with applicable rules, and we will attempt to return any remaining balance to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for losses arising from your own breach, connectivity failures beyond our control, or incorrect account details. The service is provided "as is". We handle your data as described in our privacy policy. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here, and continued play after an update means you accept the revised version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao and the conditions of our gaming licence.

Promotions such as our Monday Cashback for VIPs, Friday Roospins, the end-of-month race and free-bet offers are optional and governed by their own published conditions. Each offer may carry wagering requirements, eligibility rules, maximum-bet limits and time windows.

Bonus abuse is not tolerated. This includes irregular play designed solely to clear a wagering requirement, coordinated betting across accounts, or attempts to extract bonus value without genuine play. Where we detect abuse, we may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Unless an offer states otherwise, only one active bonus applies at a time.

Games must be played in the spirit intended. The following are forbidden: using bots, automated software or AI to place bets; exploiting software errors or payout glitches; money laundering; chargeback fraud; and any attempt to manipulate outcomes. If a game malfunctions, the round is void and affected stakes are returned.

We may close, limit or restrict an account that breaches these rules. Please gamble within your means.
